Quorthon is missing so that quest can not be completed. Can not progress because of this.

Hello @jshetley#1170,

Quorthon is not missing, but there is a known issue with the quest path does not lead players to him.

We'll try to fix this issue as soon as possible, but in the meantime, you should be able to find this NPC.
