Combat weapon is not working mythic poisoned thorn

Hey guys I just want let you know the weapon mythic poisoned thorn if not lasting the 4 second it say it last 4 second but also is not applying in the game the 24 magnitude dmg in some monster especially the bosses so please when you can fix this bug and thank you and maybe consider guys if you want about to upgrade the mythic poisoned thorn to stack as least 5 time and lasting for one more second to up to five second instead so can be a little competitive to mythic lightning flash . thank you
