Items from Guild bank now Character bound in Inventory

I encountered a not nice Bug. I took a couple of mounts from the guild bank and as i put them in my inventory bag they turned into bound to char.

Hello @themoore,

It's weird because transferring the mounts from the bank to the inventory should not change their bind status.

I am not sure that the Customer Support team can track the bind status, but you can try to submit a ticket: https://support.playneverwinter.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

This has happened to me several times. I think it has to do with mounts you have either already bound and/or are unique mounts you get at some of the early quests back before they did the levelling rework that were BtC. I had several mounts that not only became bound there was no way to remove them from my inventory at all including deleting them. A few months later they became magically unbond and I was able to sell/delete them. I blame the wizards.

I believe it is not about moving mount from guild bank to inventory causes the bind change.
The bind change is caused by Cryptic changed the item.

The following is from my guild bank. If the horse was "Binds on Pickup (Character)", nobody could put that to the guild bank. The bind condition of the horse was (probably global) changed months/years after it was put into the guild bank.

Yeah. It happened to me with 5 legendary bags I had in the bank. They changed the item bind condition.

Yes, I remember this issue with some bags... they do sometimes change the bind status of items that we already have and sometimes it goes wrong

I have a character who is carrying several Gloomwrought weapons, previously BOE, gifted from a friend who left the game. Now after the leveling changes in mod 21, they are all character bound to her and none are for her class.

This sounds like something support may possibly be able to help with. They're very good with getting in and doing things with items.

But only if the like you. I asked support once, cause i did a mistake and bound the "free" icohedron ion stone to wrong toon and they said they cant unbind or change that. Probably cause it was my own fault and they dont wanna deal those "ups i did a stupd thing" requests. I didnt wanna beg so I lost a most valued item there.

Here is the response from support:
"As much as we would love to assist you with this request, we may not be able to do so because we don't have the service to unbind an item or change its current bound status. Please take note that once the item is bound to a single character, you can no longer transfer it across characters in your account. I hope for your kind understanding on this matter".

That sentence: "..Please take note that once the item is bound to a single character, you can no longer transfer it across characters in your account" got me really upset. As if i wasnt aware of that... put a finger into the wound and rub it.

I get used to those sentences now. It is because they don't even understand what the problem is. They just copy and paste from some scripts. They saw 'bound to character' and automatically single minded to one particular issue and not related to the reported problem. Most players know a lot more about the game and how it works than those support staff.
