Unlock Menzo- and Narbondellyn Explorer's Cases Account wide

Hello!

I am currently in the (very) inconvenient Situation that I have Menzoberranzan Masterwork unlocked on my Tank - But due to my group (Friends / Guild) requiring a DPS to run the new Dungeon I am currently not running on my Tank nor do i plan on doing so.

The resulting Problem is that i can only buy the new Explorer's Cases on my Tank (which doesn't have the currency). My DPS can't buy them, their Workshop isn't even on Level 4 yet not even to mention upgrading all Professions to 20.

Now I would understand if the Explorer's Cases would be BTC, but they are BTA therefore it really doesn't matter on what character I buy them.

So can this *please* be changed so when you unlock Menzoberranzan Masterwork on 1 Character, you can buy the Explorer's Cases on all Characters?

No, it should be changed so that anyone can buy the Explorer Cases whether they have MW unlocked or not, like it is in our strongholds. It's completely idiotic that you have to have Menzo Masterwork unlocked to buy them.
