Can't travel to Mantol-Derith

Hello, a couple days ago I decided to go onto one of my alternative characters, a warlock called Emyrys Ambrosius, to do some questing, I started a quest in the river district which requires me to travel to Mantol-Derith to speak with garlaxx, the problem is it says I must complete the dwarven king adventure however I already have completed it and the Maze Engine adventure ages ago with this character and yet I'm still locked out of Mantol-Derith.

I have contacted support and shared screenshot however they are unable to help me and must escalat the matter further so they have asked me to create this bug report here

I'm not sure how to add my photos showing I have completed the two adventure mentioned above and show that captain belgold has nothing else for me except to repeat the mission which I also try but lead nowhere
