Rewards from menzoberranzan spider lock down defeat

Not receiving any rewards from any spiders being defeated , multiple hit made and stayed fighting whole time , no reward after defeat of the spider

I assume you are talking about the drider. What you get is Menzoberranzan Elite Sigil which goes to your purse directly. There is no 'reward' that you get like finishing a HE. Did you check your log?
