Lazy and sloppy.


Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

    Looks like whoever did it grabbed a ready-made prop in one single piece which existed from some earlier build and which had the bunting already on it and just plonked it down and thought "it'll do". If it had been me I would have looked at those ribbons and been horrified how they went through solid stone, had it not been workable to lift it all up because of people having difficulty getting up on it easily from all directions (probably what happened) it would have taken me no time to make a quick simple new platform (easy and fast to do given the rudimentary shape and form of this one) and find some stand-alone bunting props, re-size them and hang those around which hung higher than the ground level.

    I think the firework platform used to be on the ground below the old event dais, where Sgt Knox now is.
    And that ground is probably level, whereas this area has steps in it.

    It's a bit bigger than that area, wouldn't fit there surely, thought they could have scaled it I guess.

    I don't know if it is just my memory fools me again. I got the starry carpet. I have the impression the floating height of the carpet is higher than the carpet used to be. I like the current height (if that was actually changed intentionally or by a bug) though.

    well good, it used to get caught on things in chult so it might help.

    hehe :) well they cant raise the pools in CR sisters fight to right heighth ya cant expect them to get a ribbon right XD

    can't wait for all the free stuff they will have to give when the new mod goes live, because they expect us to play-test their stuff FOR FREE after they release it!

    @irene#2829 LMAO I can't breathe...I'm sorry not intentional developers. It's just the way the chicken is looking at it. Though I will admit the platform is quite low so technically those banners will clip through the floor; never bothered me though.
