Account unlock mount tribal polar bear from new zen market pack not claimable on other characters

Bought the mount pack and opened it, claimed the bear and equipped it, not showing up for any other characters. I have video if you need it, but I'm on Xbox so I might need to upload it. Did not previously have that mount as account unlock, and did not have it on the character that opened it.

    The mount in the pack is not account wide. It states it is account bound, not account wide or account unlock.

    Last sentence: "Does not unlock reclaims"

    Ah thank you, I feel like an idiot. So used to seeing account unlock items that I didn't read it carefully. Sucks you can only buy one too, now I have it on a character that I don't use very often. Thank you for pointing it out!

    They're so stingy with these things and it makes no sense. There's also no consistency and it doesn't seem to have any logic to it. Sometimes things are account wide reclaims, sometimes they're one item per account but u can swap it round to diff characters, sometimes they're just stuck on one character forever. It used to be the issue was players selling things so bind to account was seen as the less attractive option, but I really think that's as far as it should go and you should be able to have it on as many charterers as possible or at least swap it around manually. This bound to one character forever thing is so stingy and mean it's unbelievable. It's pixels, it costs them nothing to make players happy. They just don't get it.

    Fwiw I got stuck with this same issue with the leg Toad vanity pet from one of the campaign premium tracks, it said it was bound to account but I took that to mean it was account wide. I was very upset when I found out it was only for single use.

    Check to see if it says 'account bound' on it's tooltip status, if it is, put it in the shared bank and move it to another character.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.
