Game Options - Ingame chat

I'm not sure - but most people I know use xbox live chat and not the ingame chat. I think on Playstation it's the same.
So for better connections in the game - is it possible to autmatically deactivate Ingame chat when someone is in XBOX Party?

And also if people have no Headset connected - the automatically disable ingame chat?

I read somwhere when the ingame chat is on and I'm for example in Protectors the game tries to connect the chat to all people?
