very disappointed to see collections are not account wide. made me stop playing

so Im a casual player, was leveling up a paladin, was having fun, was wondering why i didnt have companions unlocked, or mounts. Only realized later that actually nothing from my collection is carried over.
What? have you guys played any other game but your own? You are literally the only mmo that does this.
I'd like to continue to play your game, but if all my event rewards are gone, why would I continue playing this alt? I don't even want to play this game anymore.
Just from a point of fact, like, try to argue to me why you think its OK that it should take 8+ years to get seasonal unlocks for every class. some of those require 20+ days of daily quests to unlock, the entire duration of the event to unlock.

This game gets discouraging at times. I still haven't found anyone to play the master temple of the spider with me, but I know I will eventually. I am so glad I hung in there now, I came close to quitting a few times. Having a good guild where people can help you with your quests or send you some good gear they are no longer using is a big help. My guild is Blackwind, its at 15 and going up, if you join it I will be glad to help you. A couple of three real nice people helped me and I would like to do the same for someone else!

There are a lot of things that are now account-wide: mounts, companions, enchantments, etc.

Press L; see if the Claim Valuables is flashing. If not, click on it anyway and see if there is anything on any of the tabs you can claim.
