Can't Set Guild Hall As SH Upgrade Target

I know this was broke for a while and then it was fixed and now it's broken again.

We can't set our Guild Hall as next SH Upgrade target. It just won't let us select it. We can select all other structures just not the Guild Hall. I have asked around and other guilds on PS4 have this issues as well.

This is really unfortunate as it's SH week and our members can't see what our coffer priorities issues are.

    For what it's worth, after the last patch, it appears for myself, and some other guild leaders I know, we are able to set the GH as the coffer target. I am too afraid to switch it back and forth to see if it's just a one off of permanent now but at least for a now all is good.
