How do I join Neverwinter preview server using STEAM account linked to ARC account?

Currently, you need to transfer the character information to https://www.arcgames.com/en/my/character/copy/nw but my steam account is linked account to the arc account. There is no possible way for me to join the preview shard using STEAM account at the moment. No option can be clicked on the shard using STEAM launcher. Any kind helps from the developer?

Do you mean that the Neverwinter Preview button is missing on the launcher? If so, please try to click on "Options" on the launcher, and tick "Show all games". There should now be a list with NeverwinterPreview.

Otherwise, it may be an issue related to the account linking itself. Please reach out to our customer support team to check that.
