Guild Mark cost not discounted

According to this news post there should be a 20% guild mark discount: https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/neverwinter/news/detail/11543973-20%-off-strongholds-&-guild-marks!

This is currently not working, the double influence and double guild marks from donating is working fine.

    I traveled to my guild's Stronghold to purchase food and rough AD and there was no discount at the Outfitter Vendors.

    1) travel to stronghold
    2) Interact with a Guild mark vendor
    3) observe there is no discount on Guild Mark cost.

    I expected a discount on the cost of guild marks for vendors.

    There was no discount.

    This was observed on Neverwinter for Playstation for both PS4 and PS5.

    Looks like the Guild Mark Discount element of SH Week has been missed off the calendar. This will be a big deal for a lot of people. I believe from comments in Discord this has also happend on PS

    Yeah, after i already spent a few hundred thousand...

    same for me i've spent like 300k gms after few hours they gave us guild mark discount
