Taskbar Notification

Would be possible to add flash orange/red blink in taskbar when attention is needed for it for neverwinter.

Like when you getting a whisper, party/queue invite, dungeon queue pop, ...

Sometimes, you are alt tabbed while waiting for the queue to pop doing other stuff and completly misses it because there is no notification, or someone whisper you and you only see 10min later, which i is kinda annoying because.

Or just do what FF14 does, which is to allow the sound of just notifications in game to come through even if you are alt tabbed.

and add the option to turn this off. many people including myself will see it as nagware/annoying behaviour.
