Commanding Shot (encounter): supposed to increase incoming damage to target, it doesn't
Hindering Strike (encounter): attack misses when it shouldn't and initiates a cooldown to add salt to the wound
There are more bugs, but these are the bugs I am most concerned about and are the most important to me personally. Please fix sometime this year.
