collection items not showing in collection pages

pg 5 of 6 Dread ring collections dropped from Valindras as Orange but colelction page shows purple and doesnt count it. Same with the Turmian mystic orb Dread legiion skirm. The following moungs I have and they do not show in collection pages there are more but these I know for sure: legendary deep crow/trained basilisk/ king of spines acct/silver back bear. I clearly have them all, and have recollected the ones from L that I can, mounted up and still does not work. I was able to get 10 or so by mounting up, but many are just bugged.

Those orange items replaced the previous purple location specific items. As well as not working in collections, they also don't have the stats and bonuses of the original items, so they are only really useful for the appearance. And they are quite good to donate to a guild during 2x guild marks.

As for mounts... it's very inconsistent isn't it? Some you can just have in your inventory (and sell afterwards), others you have to add to your stable or actually set the appearance to them and use them. Sometimes the "- Account" version will work, but mostly it does not. Similar issues with companions too.

And don't look too closely at the points totals for the collection categories... they don't always add up to the sum of items you can see in the collection. I have had items that were not in collections, but only appear when I get them. And I have had items that give the message about being added to collections, but still don't appear (some old adventure seal gear I think... drake something?)

Most, if not all accountsl wide legendary mounts will update collections now if you select them as active. Then some Mythics, KoS and the Bear for sure, still don't. You can update those only from the original lockbox item. Pets are about the same. I am getting a lot of updates on alts when they switch to a loadout with batiri on it now.
