New Tentacle Neck and Waist gear NO appearance visual

Hello. Don't know if this topic has been addressed already, but will leave this threat hoping there is a fix soon. The new Tentacle neck and waist gear when equipped doesn't show the custom appearance visual. Like it turns off. Tried to dissable and enable visual, but didn't work. Also, the new Assassin Neck and Waist has the same issue.
