Bard Scalebreaker's Gear upgrade with wrong stats

When looking to upgrade the Ancient Scalebreaker's Cuffs in Dragonbone Vale... it upgrades to the Crimson Rejuvenation Cuffs with different stats; instead of Crit Severity, Defense, and Forte... it upgrades to Crit Severity, Defense and Awareness. Then, the other choice, which I cannot upgrade for the pair I have now... has stats of Crit Strike, Defense, and Forte and is called Crimson Rebel Gloves.
