I have been playing NW for about 3 years now, and I rarely ever come to the forums. I come today and make this post because I believe I should add my voice to the many others here bringing up the same issue that has been plaguing the game for many months. The floor graphics are a big issue, and I cannot believe it has taken so long to fix.
It isn't just CR; which if this dungeon pops up on a radq a lot of people just abandon because the dungeon is just a pain in the butt with all of the silly bugs and the fact that you are trapped there watching these ridiculous long cutscenes between every fight where the characters are bald lol. Moreover if CR happens to be RC, most people don't even bother trying anymore.
The floor clearly conflicts with aoe graphics in many places throughout the game. Off the top of my head I can think of CR, Caverns of Carrundax, Frozen Heart (you can barely even tell anything is happening on the floor here), Spellplague caverns. Almost every dungeon that has a textured floor of some kind had this graphics issue which can wipe a party (repeatedly) and thoroughly frustrate players. It really does take away from the enjoyment of the game and people willing to run specific dungeons or anything at all.
The fact that this bug which is widespread and impacts all players has been around for many, many months is baffling. So many other less impactful and minor bugs have been fixed, class changes have been made, new mods released, etc etc but this old bug remains. It's like living in a house that had a bad contractor who just painted over all the holes and mistakes and then tried to distract you with a pretty new chandelier hanging in the foyer.
I'm not a game designer so I don't know how hard it is to fix this issue but.... is it really that hard?
@percemer / @AMBASSADORKAEL The red issue visibillity at sisters seems to be visually fixed but still encountering deaths from invisible reds (dot)
I am not a programmer but isn't it possible that the visible layer is a bit out of sync with the layer containing the dot. I mean that after the visible red pool is gone that spot still containing the dot part? If the the dot layer is out of sync with the visible layer it needs synchronizing..
I still see players die from a dot which is invisible.. Also Tank notified me that he died a few times while he had 7/8 stacks instead of the usual 10 stacks

Sorry for typo's
Percemer has left the building and is no longer a CM. The person you want to speak to is @ambassadorkael#6946 but as far as I'm aware he is yet to respond to being tagged so don't hold your breath. Seems his approach is to read things but never respond to them. But without an answer we can never be sure he has even read them.
Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.
