Balancing: Mythic Movement Bonus vs. Unified Crescent Collar

in Player Feedback (PC)
The Mythic Movement Bonus enchantment grants +15% Movement Speed. The Unified Crescent Collar V grants only +5% Movement Speed. The enchant is many times cheaper to craft and get than the collar. In my opinion the collar is pretty unbalanced and should also grant at least 15%, maybe even 20%.

    You know now they'll just nerf the enchant to bring it into line with the collar.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.
