Rod of Pain Artifact Bug

So, it happened again. First time it happened with Golden Memories and now the Rod of Pain. When we obtain these artifacts, they are at epic quality. Collections has a common and uncommon entry we cannot fill just like Golden Memories. There is no common or uncommon versions in the game making collections impossible. Can we get this cleaned up and fixed. Been asking for a couple years now.
