Blaspheme Assasin Faerie Fire Power Broken

The Blaspheme Assassin's power called Faerie Fire does not work. At all. Please fix this ASAP. People spent a ton of money on these later to find out if doesn't work.

It seems that this effect is properly applied.

The debuff symbol is applied, but the debuff isn't removing the stats from the enemy. The same damage occurs regardless of debuff or not. Very similar to the jagged dancing blade debuff. Players think it's working because a debuff symbol is there, but damage isn't increased.

Here is a video of our testing. This test is helpful because we can see how the Grace ring is working, but using this same methodology let's us know what isn't working. Primarily the Jagged Dancing Blade and Faerie Fire debuffs.
