Please consider adjusting the Barbarian Abilities, Feats, Class Features.

I'm pretty sure you're not going to read this, Devs, but it would be nice if you'd consider making some changes to the Barbarian skills the same way you updated the Wizard. This is never going to happen but it was fun to write it out.

Feats

1.
Please consider changing Relentless Speed to reset/reduce the cooldown of any encounter (even if it just reduces the current cooldown on an ability by a few seconds), Not so Fast is a terrible encounter because a melee range slow doesn't do anything for a Barbarian. I cannot kite mobs, and I can't slow mobs significantly enough to make a difference for my allies.

2.
Please adjust Mightier Leap so that it always gives the second leap, even if it doesn't hit enemies, as well as a Stun/Knockup. If it does less damage thats OK. This is a really bad Feat right now.

3.
Indomitable Rage and Bloodspiller both directly compete with each other in a way that doesn't make any sense, they're both just "more damage" and that's not interesting. Could you consider changing it to something like "Bloodfiller" which causes Bloodspiller to have a longer cooldown and to heal you for significantly more? That way the choice is between more outgoing damage for self damage instead of a heal, or more incoming healing at the cost of less damage.

4.
Please change this so that it applies a debuff to targets you hit so that they take x% more damage from any source. Or reduce their defensive stats... something else. This is just a wack thing right now.

5.
Change this to include other dailies as well. Spinning Strike applies a pull effect to nearby targets, and Adamantine Strike applies a Daze or something.

6.
Please change this to something like "When you use an Encounter Power during Battle Rage, it extends the duration of your Battlerage by X seconds". Now people have to choose between using their encounters solely to bank rage for a good window of opportunity, or using them to extend their rage in the moment.

7.
Change this to something like, your Battlerage does not decrease while you are hitting a target but your outgoing damage is not increased at all. Could even make it drop off faster when you're not attacking. This would mean you'd try to use Battlerage when you know you're going to have an extended period of time of being able to constantly attack.

8.
Get rid of this entire concept, and replace it with the Class Feature "Impatience" with one change: The effect should reset when you aren't attacking an enemy. So basically, you generate escalating amounts of rage when you're in combat and hitting an enemy. But after not hitting that enemy for a second or so, your rage generation drops down again. So you can get into Battlerage faster by playing more risky.

Class Features

1.
Please change this to be more impactful. 10% more hitpoints isn't enough to warrant picking it on either Sentinel or Blademaster. Have it like, regenerate a small amount of health when you kill an enemy. Like 5% or something.

2.
This is too strong, it's 20% more damage to At Will attacks with 100% uptime. Our Rage abilities mean that a significant portion of our damage comes from At Wills. This shouldn't be so disturbingly strong that every single Barbarian has to take it.

3.
This sucks, change it so something like "Your critical hits cause a bleed effect for 2.5% of their damage" or something? Or even some utility, so like our critical hits daze the target with an ICD per target? Would be more interesting.

4.
Change this to something like "When you Battlerage your encounter powers do x% more damage"

5.
Change this so that when you are controlled, it increases your outgoing damage or something. This sucks as a Class Feature. They payoff is not good enough to even begin justify using it. You'd have to massively buff it for it to be good.

Encounters

1.
Change this to a prone or something... shoot, make it grant Combat Advantage! That would make it really good even with low magnitude!

2.
The cooldown is way too long to be worth using it when all it does is damage. Please lower the cooldown.

3.
Please remove the extra magnitude damage on extra attacks, and change it so that the Daggers themselves do the damage and possibly add a powerful slow or something.

4.
Please change this to be in a 360 aoe around the user. Reduce the range by like 10-15 feet if need be.

5.
This is really bad. Please get rid of the "Effects are reduced by 20% every 2 seconds", and instead make the range shorter. Instead of an 80ft radius make it like 20ft or 30ft, that way people have to be near you in order to benefit from it.

6.
Not only is this only 25 magnitude per second, with literally no utility, but there's no indicator to let you aim it. Please consider narrowing the width of the AoE, adding an indicator and adding 1 or 2 charges. That way you have to line your targets up if you want to do good damage with it, and it does more damage situationally.

Dailies

1.
Please add a targeting indicator for Adamantine Strike, so we can aim it.

At Will's

1.
Brash Strike is currently 420 Magnitude damage every 2 seconds. Which is 210 DPS.

Sure Strike is currently 240 Magnitude damage every 1.8 seconds. This is 133 DPS.

I understand that you cannot make Sure Strike (Baseline) to do as much Magnitude as Brash Strike because you don't want Sentinel to do way more damage, but can you make it so that Blademaster increases the Magnitude of Sure Strike by like 30 simply by picking it? (Which would make Sure Strike 360 magnitude every 1.8 seconds, which is 200 DPS.) and then:

Step 1: Change Brash Strike to 120 Magnitude per hit instead of 140.
Step 2: Make the third hit of Brash Strike grant you Combat Advantage for a few seconds (2-3).

That way, you want to weave Brash Strikes into Sure Strikes so you can get Combat Advantage in situations where you don't want to or can't move. And it's also still good when you want to be hitting for 120 magnitude instead of 90 Magnitude, so you can still hit for more than 10% of your Maximum Health with things like Butcher's Tenacity or Ruthless Advantage.
