there are some issues with this,

From the box the account bound one I upgraded to Epic and it provided 675,675 to outgoing healing.

upgraded it to mythic and a similar effect happened for the control bonus.

turned it in for the account wide BtC one and it changed again to the preview one 1600 IL 1200 to stats and 1440 Combined IL

You may want to fix that someday.

    If the outgoing heal on my cleric wasn't over-capped I would be tempted to get an epic one given how long it takes them to fix things.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.
