PS4 - Travel Portals - Destination Sorting

I'm at a travel portal in my PS4 game. I'm trying to change the sort order to find most chalenging levels (trying to get my item level up to allow me to get into Temple of the Spider to complete the new Northdark Reaches campaign (don't get me started about what a pain in the HAMSTER this is.... Are dragon Hunts the only way to do this? There's not enough people on this server wanting to do ancient dragon hunts, and even fewer that actually want to COMPLETE the hunt!).
Anyway.....
I'm trying to sort the zones using the green triangle button on my controller. There are 4 options - 'Sort: Alphabetical', 'Sort: Quests', 'Sort: Level, and one that just says '[Untranslated:]' (That's the first issue).
Second issue - Trying to use the 'Sort: Level' option and I'm expecting that the zones will sort according to item level needed to get through the zone, and that doesn't seem to sort the zones according to item level. It appears to sort the zones alphabetically.
