Consider refunding Tokens of Achievement

So, if you're like me and spent a total of 10 Achievement Tokens on the Epic Mounts only to see them reduced to a cost of 2 each, you might be feeling a little...salty. To have spent the time, energy, and resources grinding through the events, only to see them now be markedly cheaper. So my suggestion is that they allow players to petition for a refund of applicable Achievement tokens (6, in my case). I was told by the support staff that something like this would have to go through the Developers and to put my suggestion here so that they would be able to "collect data" and also to "give other players the chance to support your idea which would increase the chances of it getting implemented." So, I guess, what say the Devs and what say the other players?

    You buy a book when it comes out for full price, maybe a new book discount on it. A year later you find it in the remaindered discount books. Do you ask for the difference in price back?

    I can tell you now, they won't do it.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

    That analogy did cross my mind, but there are vendors who actually will do that if, for example, you buy something and it goes on sale afterward. Being virtual, you'd think they could at least do *something* for us, but ::points below::

    Oh, probably not, but I wrote to support to see what they'd say and like every other time I've written support, they've told me to take my issue to the forums "so the developers could look into it", so that's what I decided to do.

    That's weird, it is not my personnal experience with Neverwinter support, they either solve my problem right away, try to solve it and fail and/or pay me :D. But maybe it is because I use the french one, or maybe the tone in which I write my ticket or the very nature of the problem (technic vs cosmetic) has some effect on how it is handled ?

    The 3 most notable issues I experienced and gave the support to handle over the years :

    - 2017 Zen bought from my steam wallet didn't appeared although the € were debited
    => solved in 24h.

    - 2018 Masquerade of Liars recurring bug on a quest that I can take but never fulfill nor abandon on the 1st toon I ever created on the game (it kept happening every year since the 2nd time I participated in the masquerade).
    = > the support observed the bug, tried various solutions on my toon (asked me to provide multiple screenshots/videos, they removed then added the quest manually, they reseted all the masquerade quests as if I never did any, etc), nothing worked. 10 days later, they gave up and credited my account with 500 "courtesy" Zen as a compensation. It doens't prevent me from getting the costume nor really anything else in the event, but I came back for the same bug anyway in 2019 and 2020, asking for more Zen ^^, but it was more as a joke between the support GM (Zaaerus) and I rather than a real demand ^^ (and I obviously didn't get more Zen :P).

    - In November 2022, on a toon who had never put its foot in Avernus, I cleaned in 4 weeks all the story quests to unlock the citadel and the favors, then we did a massive T1 hunt run with my guild. I thought I was progressing in the 28k count on the 4 phases, but the meters stayed at 0 so I couldn't redeemed any rewards from the Avernus pack I bought in 2020 ("pack du remodeleur" in french, can't remember the english name, the one that was unlocking every phases account wide with no end date to complete them on each toon + aasimar race). The bug wasn't there in 2021 on my then new bard.
    => I was answered (in french but i translate :P) "the team is aware of that progression issue, we have credited your account with 1500 courtesy Zen for the inconvenience. Developpers are working to correct all the bugs as soon as possible".

    Wow thats great. Ive only ever had one problem, they made some attempts to fix it but it never got resolved.

    But no one ever offered me an Zen though... maybe I should go back and ask them!
