Bug with encounter 'Smoke Bomb" and companion bonus

Issue - Encounter power 'Smoke Bomb' causes constant 0 damage caused on some companion equip bonuses. Death Slaad companion equip bonus doesn't seem to work with Whisperknife encounter powers.

I un-equipped all gear/companion bonuses/enchantments/artifacts etc.

All tests are done with my path Whisperknife, tested using Smoke Bomb which give 0 damage

Wererat Discipline (gives 0 poison damage)
Vicious Direwolf's Presence (gives 0 damage)
Tombspider's Instincts (gives 0 poison damage)
Aranea's Wisdom (gives 0 damage)
Shadow Force (gives 0 damage)
Rat Pup's Instincts (0 bleed?) - This one is bugged out further in that if you hit two foes at once with Smoke Bomb it will either give one 0 damage and the other damage or both get 0 bleed damage, whilst Smoke Bomb on just one gives 0 damage.

Remorhaz's Presence(gives 0 fire damage). All these are when using Smoke Bomb, it also interrupts other chances of powers to trigger companion bonus damage if foes are still under influence of Smoke Bomb.

Some similar companion equip bonuses that work with Smoke Bomb: - Consume Soul - Baby Owlbear's Prescence - Grung's instincts - Snow Leopard's Instincts. These have almost exactly the same effect/text as the companion bonuses that Smoke Bomb bugs, except these work.

Also, Death Slaad's Presence does not trigger using encounter powers with Whisperknife, i have tried all Whisperknfe encounters, it never triggers. I watched a barbarian use Death slaads Presence with At-Wills/encounters and it triggered fast and almost instantly, Whisperknife ranged At-Wills barely gets it's going even though they're hitting at the same speed as Barbarian.

    I should mention that this issue is when the encounter power Smoke Bomb is used first before any other encounter, using smoke bomb seems to effect the output to 0s. Using a prolonged encounter power THEN using smoke bomb doesn't always interrupt the output like when using Smoke Bomb first.
