Warlocks Feat: Creeping Death don't work as intended.

During new combat enchantment testing, noticed that Warlocks' Feat: Creeping Death don't work as intended.

And it's appear this feat don't work not only here in preview, but in live server too.. And who know's for how log it is like this.
