All neck & waist trasmutes bugged -not displaying

So I've noticed that on one of my toons neck and waist transmutes / gear appearance items suddenly stopped showing. No matter what item I chose for those two slots- they all are invisible. They were visible before, i've noticed the bug about a month or two ago. My other toons are ok.
Posting to help with data collection, so they can patch this up. Please chceck all your toons.
