Battle Siege Dragons Teleporting Away In Battle

This is happening more and more. While batting a Dragon in the siege, they will simply just teleport away and vanish and then come back fully healed. Not sure if bug or working as intended but produces a confusing if not funny result.

I didn't experience this issue (at least on PC), but I escalated it for investigation.
