Blocked Players

So the blocked player function has been bugged/glitched for months & months now. First time reporting this i was told to unblock & block again. This doesn't work & i'm getting harassed by this person in the game @Gurov78. When is this going to be fixed ???. I have absolutely zero patience left on this & i can't imagine that Sony playstation will take this lightly, that people blocked on their console, can still contact you in game. FIX IT!!!

By "ignore this player" do you mean Report spam option ?.

Cause who does that, if it's not spam related : 0.

Besides that, i would assume that in order to do that, one has to see the other person in chat.

Haven't seen this person in chat, but he keeps mailing me, so how am i supposed to ignore that ?.

In PC (I am not a PS player), I can see these options in chat:



In "Social" (in PC), I can find the person if he is online. I have these options:



In "Social" (in PC), there is an "Ignore" tab. I can add person to the "Ignore list" by typing one's handle.

Thx, i'll have a look when i get online, but as far as i'm aware "ignore player" isn't there on PS.

We don't, under "social" we have : Friends, My Guild, Find a Guild, Mail & Calendar,

No ignore option (

Reporting spam sends a spam report, as you would think. It also adds the person to your ignore list.

Also, harassing other players is a ToS violation. You can report the account for that, as well.

Think he is gone from my mail for now, so leaving it at that. But doesn't change the fact, that several players have seen messages from already blocked players, in public chat still.

WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS BUG ???. It is beyond ridiculous how long this has been going on. Every freaking day one has to watch ignit players that you blocked & they're even able to contact you. What the freaking hell is up with that. The state of this game, smfh.
