Old Enchantments

How do I trade in my old enchantments? I have the bonding ones still and it says to go to the antiquities person but she doesn't give me that option. I also still have the old enchantments like Azure, Dark, etc...?

    For bonding, no where. You missed your chance.
    For others, unless they are rank 10 and above, also no where.
    They are now RP.
