in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
Not sure if this has already been discussed, but this item only procs up to 8x then glitches between 6/8 stacks never getting to the full 10 stacks.

I notice whether Healer or DPS it procs to 8x jumps to 6x and repeats this no matter how many heals or damage you throw out.

Not sure if Goristro's Horns did the same.

    This still hasn't been fixed. Anyone know if the new Abyss helm does the same?

    Probably since it's the same bonus.
