[PC] Unable to purchase Zen with Steam wallet

Hello, I have been trying for days to purchase enough Zen to buy VIP for the month, but the transaction never goes through. Eventually I get an error message in the log saying "Transaction cancelled".

I login to the game using the Steam client, I have more than enough money in my Steam wallet.
Before I realized it was no longer possible to link your steam account to Arc, I even tried purchasing Zen on their site. Unfortunately, after logging in with the Arc client I realized it was linked to an old account with an old character.

All I want to do is buy some Zen for my steam account.
Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you have the steam overlay in-game enabled, if you don't when it tries to open the purchase window it can't. In the steam game list right click neverwinter go down to properties and in the general tab make sure it's checked. Shift Tab is an easy thing to hit so I disable it, you may have done the same.
