AI campaign bugged

Shortly after the new enchants came out the AI campaign rewards were altered to provide a Rank 1 combat enchant choice pack in place of the Heart of Fire enchant when completing Temple Intrusion. I was able to this on 2 alts that had not yet completed the campaign. Fast forward to last saturday 1-21-23 and the pop still says you are awarded the choice pack, but it does not show up in inventory.

Is this intended, and if so why does it still say I'm being awarded the reward? If it is not it needs fixed please. I will be filing a ticket on this, but I wanted to post here too.
