Can’t Switch to 2 of 4 loadouts

I cannot switch to 2 of my 4 loadouts. Nothing is on cooldown. Have let sit for 30 minutes. I get error message “failed to switch loadout unable to equip some items from the loadout”. I move some insignias between toons this morning but I didn’t think that would prevent the loadout from loading. Why not just make the insignia slot blank if the item is no longer available? Can anyone help me? I can’t recall which insignias were moved and where. What do I do?

If the insignia set up is supposed to be the same/similar in all loadout, write down the setup of the working loadouts and then use 'Apply to All loadouts'.

Thanks for responding. I tried that. Didn’t work. I overwrote the loadout with another and just modified it again.
