Northark Choice pack: Is Repurpose Phylactery Artifact not account-wide?

Is Repurpose Phylactery Artifact from Northark Choice pack not account-wide?
It doesn't show on the Promo tab like artifacts from the previous battle passes.
Is it supposed to be single reclaim?

It appears it's single character (despite others Premium were) even when didn't say account-wide; that the point made here:

In Wings of Dragons I got the Neverwinter Knight, yet had to miss out on the Neverwintan Hawk (which both then were account-wide) despite not saying so & this happened in earlier events as well; hence the expectation Premium was kind of set that account-wide for Premium.

So I claimed the Neverwintan Hawk in this event, in the same choice pack you've shown; and was only unlocked for a single character--which they confirmed is intended.

Usually Cryptic is 'fair' how they address things (vast majority) of time, I'd just like to see:

Two asterisk where appropriate especially (Following all Choice-Packs) selections:

* Reclaimable Single Character Rewards.
*** Reclaimable Account-wide Rewards, if you have all choices you get a Legendary Insignia or ...

Its description pretty much told you it is not account wide. If it happens to be, I consider they messed up the tooltip.



If it is account wide, it should have "- Account" tag like it is in Rothe Valley battlepass.

They've made it clear it's a rip-off and imo no-one should bother buying the premium track again.

You can't believe anything you read on them. They make mistake after mistake after mistake and don't give a sht, in this choice pack they included something listed in the contents on the tooltip which was missing when you opened it and they refuse to make good on it so far, citing a 'display error' there is literally no point in believing tooltips coming from this company because they can't be relied upon. They're disgusting.

That does not help unless you prefer to buy it 3 months later without discount. Nobody knew the exact content until the battlepass progress reaches it. At the moment, the 3rd phrase has not started. So, nobody knows what exactly the third tier will be at the moment.

The only thing we can have is to read the tooltip carefully and choose the worst interpretation. Of course, as mentioned, that may not be accurate neither.

Yes, we can and I always do but the point here is we don't trust what is written in the tooltip. That is why you said "The only solution that next time I have to wait for someone to buy it and then I can buy it." and I said "So, nobody knows what exactly the third tier will be at the moment."
