No sound in dungeons and Angel Wings

Hello,
1. After the last patch, while running any dungeon, as soon as it starts I have no sound. As soon as it is completed and the scoreboard appears, my sound returns.
2. I don't how long this has been like this, but when I equip my Angel Wings transmute, it only shows if I am previewing other gear and not during normal game play (see attached)

Fixed the sound problem, but still have the Angel Wings issue. I can even see Angel Wings if someone next to me has them, so I know it is some problem with my account.

The Assassin's Choker is the problem and it's been reported many times already.
