Some Bugs I have noticed

Tentacle Rod: Game Breaking Glitches. You can glitch bosses plus if you use it in tomm it also wipes you. I suggest a full check on this.
Vistani Set: Proc's once but then does not reapply proc or if it does the debuff is not applied properly. Also can multiple stack first time it is applied
Mtos: Spider Boss/Spirit? whatever they are called on 3rd boss that draws the red/green line. They occasional just appear and die? not sure.
Shield Glitch: STILL broke. fix this. When you die with shield up you cannot use a scroll of life or release. My guess is the console is still thinking you have the left thumb depressed therefore you cannot use a scroll as the A button and scrolling doesnt work. PC wouldnt have this because the mouse would overwrite this command as soon as you mouse over a scroll and click.
Grace Ring from Mtos: Applies debuff even when fighting multiple mobs (Its odd, sometimes works, sometimes doesnt)
MULTIPLE items not working or not doing as intended. I suggest a FULL SWEEP of all your things. we do not have act so we have to eyeball it all. You do. Figure it out.
