The Descent Lockboxes occasionally missing a reward.

I have opened 100 descent lockboxes and must have had half a dozen of them bug out and give me 2 rewards instead of 3. Don't know what else to say except that compensation is due. I also did not receive a single fiendish charmer pack. It may be obvious that that is what was the missing reward. This is a valuable and much sought after reward that I would not have bothered with had I known that I would be cheated.

So I can confirm that this does occur, as I was literally doing the same thing with my Daily vip key. However, I GOT the fiendish charmer pack, so I can also confirm that it is not the item that was not rewarded. Given drop frequencies, the list of items available, what item's never dropped for me and the rate at which this occurred for me, I suspect that the missing item is a set of x3 Genie's gift.
