Just completed the Bank Heist Skirmish after, what are to me, some recent changes to the enemies combat/abilities/powers. Cryptic, you've gone and done it again. You've made an already forgettable skirmish experience even more so. The most annoyingly stupid of the changes are the constant Stuns from the Zhent enemies. These stuns occur without any indications/warnings until well after the fact. It makes the dungeon, that most players leave before even trying it, just not worth the effort. Especially with the rewards on offer! Newer players/characters who get this skirmish, especially as a very low level character (5/RSQ) will, as has nearly always been the case, just abandon the skirmish, as stated already.
Wait until you try the skirmish within the RC system. Fun times. The thing that keeps players avoiding it is the fact that it's probably the only skirmish you can actually fail (Illusionist's Gambit as well, but it's much more unlikely). It's not a great design choice for a random queue that should be manageable on the entry item level with a mixed team.
Random means random, so I accept the consequences for choosing the random skirmish and getting this one as the result. I will play it once even if the other players are "low level".
That said--I hate the stuns, the incredible amount of damage mobs can do without any warning, and the boss is arguably overpowered as well. All for a "quick" skirmish "designed" for just about any rank. And the only reward is the AD from the random skirmish--I have failed it so often that I don't even remember seeing a chest at the end. Maybe there is one--but it has been months since I have completed this skirmish as a random.
At some point I decided to endure this skirm, and can tell that after u manage to get 2nd set of players (these instas are usually half-empty) u will most likely succeed. Its good to have any support here or decent CC class. Main issue are pre boss mobs. Either reduce numbers or lower heath bars, so even 20-30k would be able to run it.
