Bugs on my "Bard" character

Hello there, happy new year!
So I have noticed some issues on my Bard character, which is my most recent, and I was encouraged to report them here as well.
1)When I switch loadouts, usually I lose my forger box buffs even if I have used it just a few seconds ago. Also after the switch for about a minute I can't use my mount without being knocked down immediately.
2)When I am on my healing loadout, I frequently get stuck in combat after it's over. I am not using any marks like Serenade, but still I get stuck very often. After some more careful examination, I noticed that it happens especially in dragon hunts, and also that I finally get out of combat after Sheltering Etude's timer reaches zero and is removed as a buff, which can be quite long since its duration is a minute.
These issues only affect this specific character. On my older characters loadout switch is happening normaly and I am out of combat when it's over as per usual.
