Longish delay when changing zones

Only travelling to PE responds very quickly. All other travel between zones takes a minute if not more during 'loading' the new zone. I suspect its by design with debug logging perhaps turned on but wanted to see if this is expected in preview or if something else is happening. As I've said loading into PE from another other Zone is very quick, like a few seconds at 'loading' but all others are slow.

This delay is caused by the game not having any instance populated. So when you goto a different zone, it has to populate all the graphics and enemies and NPCs etc... It happens on live as well, for instance going into the Stronghold when no one has been there for 20 mins or so.

Ah, that makes sense as well. Thanks for the insight.
