NPC audio is swapped around in the wrong place on quests in Northdark Reaches

Am doing the blaspheme weapon upgrade quests in Northdark Reaches and I did one earlier (collecting crystals) and the words Whurbin Stormforge was saying were not what I was reading. Now I'm doing the 'Favor of the Fungi' quest, the next one, and again his words did not match the text I was reading (which was correct for the quest, both of them were, it's the audio which is wrong) and while I was reading the words he was telling me about collecting crystals, which was the previous one which had been wrong, so the audio clips for the quests appear to be in the wrong order.
