Who do I contact as link for Xbox preview server doesn't work?

The link I received in the neverwinter community email plain doesn't work. Brings me to a page where I can't 3vem log into an account. Tells me that either the page had been romoverld or the url has been incorrectly entered. I tried to access from my phone, from my PC from 2 seperate browsers, and from 2 different accounts, ALL the pages are the same.
