From the Tuesday's patch are problems with connecting to the game

I have 4 characters and it invocation take 15 mins of time, because problems of login. The are
1) black screen with logo Loading,
2) disconnected, because out of time,
3) disconnected because of "loging from another connection" (It is nonsense),
4) after 5 - 10 mins "disconnected from server" or "server connection lost",
5) when I finally loged in, there is impossible to invoke, because "server not responding". Now I tried log in from 11:00 with first character, now is 11:25, and I am not still on the "game". I give it up.
And the same is with loging screen of the "game", it take 15-20 mins to possibility to press button "Play" .
Can you repair it?????????
