Forever Existing Collection Book Item Bugs and unobtainable Items

Hello, This is A List of Current Issues that Prevent Collection Book Progress.
If Anyone Has Any Other Issues than These Please Post Below!
The Xvim gear gives points but no longer shows, also the amulet for that set was never obtainable on PS.
The Elemental Purified Black Ice Gauntlets are bugged and Requires itself to be Crafted at the Forge.
A bunch of Gear can't be obtained any more, Even some Fashion.
Some crafted gear that got buffed Wont give an entry to the book anymore.
Some Chultan Materials can't be Crafted anymore, therefore You can't craft the gear.
Some items are Now Legendary transmutes, they won't count for the book because of that.
Some older weapons sets were either removed or Were only obtainable once per character, Hopefully there will be a way to (Re)Obtain these soon.
Elemental weapons are only obtainable at Epic.
The Svarborg Mops no longer drop from chests, Also some of the reagents require obsolete materials to craft in that Campaign store.
Primal rings were not added to the Chult campaign store.
Old Seal Vendor gear are no longer obtainable, Perhaps add more packs in the WB like the Proteges gear.
Some old PvP Gear are no longer obtainable including the Ring Set.
Deva Champion Is (I believe) only obtainable at Legendary now and Doesn't count for book.
Some mounts or Comps in Collection says it has to be a BoP, Therefore some BoE Mounts/comps don't trigger a Collection.
Some older events items are No longer obtainable, Not even in the Zen store when the event is Active.
