Change companion name?

I've done a bunch of searching of the wikies and can't find out how to change my companion name. I see references to it costing some AD, but can't find out who or what to talk to. Nothing interesting pops up in the UI that I can find either. I assume it would be easy like clicking on the name or something, but Nope.

Can someone point me in the right direction. Minstrel is kind of dumb. Thought I might go with Jaskier.

    Companion -> Manage all companions
    Right click the companion.

    Sadly, the wiki is super out dated and there is a lot of information that is incorrect or missing.
