The Great Race: Blacklake District.
My guild just completed building their stables and we get this quest. Since Blacklake is no longer a viable exploration area we are unable to compete and collect the influence rewards for this quest. It would be nice to have a completable alternative to aid in collecting influence as not all guilds are at level 20 with all boons
