Not awarded my Brilliant Cabochen Gem

Got my third completion of Master Temple of Spider. As stated above i wasn't awarded my Brilliant Cabochen Gem. I thought these were guaranteed. Took a long time and a lot of resources to not get the thing i needed from there.

I also got my 3rd completion of MTOS. I got the gem for completion 1 and 2, but not 3.

It was reported/complained in preview server months ago. So, it is either WAI as random drop or dev does not bother to change it.
